Awaiting to do an upgrade

I called the call centre on the 10th this month 2012 to do an upgrade as I was due for it.I spoke to Gugu Kubheka and she checked if I qualify to do an upgrade,she had a problem with her computer and told me she will call me back till today.Then I called again three days after trying to make a follow up,forgot the guy who answered the phone he said he can't help me because Gugu Kubheka has applied for an upgrade he will tell her to call me am still waiting for the call.She was very incompetent and I have been their client for 6 years for that am thinking of porting to Vodacom.Very bad service.
