On the 10th of January I wrote a report about Cell C and I got the following feedback from them: "SUPPLIER'S RESPONSE Cell C Time and Date 08:23:50 | Wed 11 Jan 12 Hello vuman, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Please note that Setfree will be in contact with you shortly to address all your concerns. Regards, Cell C|NS" I gave them feedback on Fri 13 Jan 12 at 08:15:29 telling them I was satisfied with the above response and as yet I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL FROM CELL C. ANOTHER EMPTY PROMISE FROM CELL C. IM BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH CELL C's LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS ETHICS. |
