| On the 3rd of February 2012 around 15:00, i went to Capitec Bank in Durban Cnr of Aliwal and West Street. When i got there the bank was temporary closed for some reasons and had a note that they will open after 20mins. i waited for bout 30mins and Sindi finally opened the door and some of capitecs clients came out and when i tried to go in, Sindi pushed me with the door, i was so puzzled and asked her what was her problem, and she replied by asking "who told you to come in?" as i was trying to gather why she is pushing me with the door thn Sibonelo came and ordered me to get out of the bank. i was so ****** off and waited again hoping that someone will come and apologize but no one did. finally the bank opened and i complained to the branch manager Ferzana. i need action taken against these guys and feedback provided to me, they dnt belong in the customer service, i have been in the customer service from 1998 and wht thy did to me yesterday was out of line. I even called the Capitec's complaints number 0860102043 @ 15:27 and spoke to Mathew who logged my complaint and promised to send me a ref number on sms, which I never received. I even gave him my number and ddnt get the sms | |||
