I would like to compliment you on both the staff members that I dealt with today. The first man was in training (I am sorry I never wrote his name down) but he was persuasive enough to get me to speak to Nolan, after he had taken down all the information pertaining to my moving home. He was very kind to me, eventhough I was grumpy. Nolan helped me adapt the policy to my needs. I was thinking of changing to another insurance company but Nolan had confirmed that my decision to stay with Budget was the correct one. Nolan really went the extra mile for me and was cheerful, helpful and very informative. You should be proud of Nolan as he is a credit to your company.
