| Yesterday I received a letter from Budget, and I know what it is and reach for my phone before I open it! What do you know, Budget has increased my monthly car and household premium by a whopping R120. So I get dialling and almost immediately get through to Mohamed Choglay, call centre agent. I'm so ready for a fight ! He calmly verifies my details and then goes into my policy and within 2 minutes comes back with a new amount that is R80 LESS than what I'm currently paying! I could not believe my ears, I was absolutely blown away that this happened so calmly and effortlessly. Mohamed was so professional and helpful and friendly, and I was absolutely thrilled with the response I received. I'm saving R200 per month, and all it took was 1 phonecall and less than 5 minutes. Hats off to Budget on having the facility to reduce our premiums. Mohamed, you are a star. Thank you for your Super Service, patience and assistance, and I hope Budget has more staff like you, who work towards giving your employer and industry more accolades. | |||
