| This is to complain about the above insurance that does not full fill the promises. My wife has got a car that is insured at Budget insurance. This car has been involved in an accident on the 27/01/2012 and confirmed to be written off by the insurance. Firstly they started looking for the necessary information very late. I and my wife noticed that they taking long for no reason and we started to phone them. When ever we phone them they always promise to finalize the process very soon, like we were promised the claim will finalized since lust week Wednesday. Remember they do not bother them selves by phoning us, we phone them. After that, they started looking for information that we believe its not relevant to the accident, instead of giving us the results as their promise since Wednesday till yesterday, they visited the place where my wife stay as if the car has been stolen at the place where my wife stay so they want to verify the security things, where does that enter to this process? WE KNOW THAT THEY DOING THIS BECAUSE THEY WANT TO REJECT THE CLAIM BECAUSE OF UNNECESSARY REASONS. This is working on my wife's mind; maybe they want me to loose her. We are very disappointed now. | |||
