I had brilliant service from Theo at Budget Insurance,who was friendly and efficient in processing my claim for a fridge/freezer full of food that went bad when my fridge's motor burnt out without me realising it. We are so accustomed to putting up with bad service in South Africa and call centres are usually a nightmare,so it is a refreshing change to get such excellent and speedy service. |
