I cancelled my policy of long duration with budget purely because of bad service and misleading information. Jerimiah was courteous and professional and cleared up a huge misunderstanding which invited me to restore my faith with budget.The managers and their managers were not as helpful as Jeremiah. Well done Jeriamiah. Your team leader needs to commend you and i hope that you go a long way in your career. I do also hope that budget gives you an incentive for your attention to detail and sincere work. |
