I was involved in a minor accident on Friday, and on Saturday Morning I phoned Budget Insurance to report the accident and start with the claim process. I have been with Budget for 12 years now and I have never been involved in any accident before and I was not even responsible for this one. I spoke to Tumi Nageng, she was really friendly and very helpfull with my claim and she kept me posted on the process and what will follow. By the end of Monday my claim was finalised and settled and my car going in for repairs. Thank you once again for the great and friendly service. |
