My car was involved in an accident on the evening of the 7th December 2011. The car which was my favourite form of relaxation suffered chassis damage and had to be written off. I would like to compliment the professional inter personal skills of Mervin Williams who handled my claim professionally and efficiently.I have heard many horror stories on how peoples claims are handled and felt to feel like a criminal. I am glad to say that mine was not and I will be expressing what i experienced to friends and colleagues.Well done Mervin , an asset to your company. |
