On the 09/01/2012 I became a victim of crime,my home was broken into and alot of valuable items were taken. I called my insurance and the person that dealt with my claim was Cobus McDonald. This is the 2nd time I had to lodge a claim for a break-in. Cobus advised that he needed slips for all items that were taken and it was unfortunate that some slips I didnt have as the items were bought a while back. I became irrate with Cobus as he requested alot of info and i didnt have that at the time, e-mails were going back and forth for a few days. Cobus had explained to me the process and proceedure of how a claim works which I understood, after all the running around done by Cobus and myself he made sure that the valuables that were stolen could be replaced. Cobus is an excellent person to deal with, he is definately an asset worth keeping, I take my hat off to him for acceptional service. He should be recognised for the hard work he does to get victims of crime like us back on our feet. Keep up the good work you are doing Cobus. I wish you all the best... |
