I managed to drive into 2 separate pillars, so when I called Budget Insurance and spoke to Herman Venter, it has only taken him 3 days to register the accident, have my car assessed, the claim approved and my car booked in for repairs and a rental car secured. I can honestly say that I have never received such amazing service - Herman went above and beyond to make sure i knew exactly what was going on, either calling me or sending an email with any updates. And the cherry on the top was he ensured that my premiums would not increased! Herman is an asset to Budget Insurance, and his enthusiasm and competency made dealing with him a pleasure. |
