| HEADLINE | After cancelling my Insurance Vuli changed my mind |

After lodging a claim, and the unsatisfactory outcome thereof, and because I was paying almost R4000.00 a month, I decided to cancel my Budget Insurance after more than ten years. Upon following up to make sure that it had been cancelled, I was informed that it had not been. I was put through to Vuli (Vulisango Dyantyi) who was most helpful, and apologetic about the whole incident. He immediately started the process to cancel immediately, and organise the refund for Feb, but also asked if I would consider remaining with Budget, and he offered me a greatly reduced price. It was only because of Vuli's great attitude and friendly manner that got me to change my mind. Thank you Vuli Charmian Riley |
