Dear Budget Insurance Why have you continued taking my money illegally after I cancelled my policy with you over a year ago? Why must I call YOU for MY money? Who will be refunding MY bank charges incurred??? When do I get MY money back??? |

We have also requested that the manager investigate the reason for the failure to cancel your policy when you requested for this to be done.
