HEADLINE	Pollicy cancelation without documentation
Good day, I was insured with budget insurance for close to two years, in which time i had 2 accidents and replaced a windscreen on claims. ( Received a letter after my last accident, giving feedback of claim number 6!!!) I received a call in December 2011 telling me that they will not be able to insure me further as i am only 22 and too high risk. They did not send me any cancellation documentation at all, in fact the only documents i received within the 2 years was notifications of my premium increases. Now trying to get another insurance company to insure me, they needed the cancellation documents from Budget stating the reasons ect. There is no cancellation document... I have requested it to be drawn up and sent to me together with the claims history of all 6 claims on Tuesday 7 Feb, its two days later , I have not had any feedback from them at all. I can not get insurance on my car and is driving it without cover because of Budget not having their fact right. Lucky for them they also misplace the phone conversations once they need to pay out and there is any issues with the claim. Most pathetic company I have ever needed to deal with. Add a new Budget Insurance Brokers Report Inappropriate report?

We have arranged with our client services manager to provide you with a letter stating the cancellation reason as well as noting the actual claims that you had.
