INCORRECTLY CAPTURED POLICY NOW MY PROBLEM!!!

I have had a vehicle insurance policy with Budget insurance since February 2011 - which i found out was actually FALSE & NOT VALID at all as the Sales consultant who captured my details captured it incorrectly! Had my vehicle been stolen i would not have been covered due to this FINGER ERROR!!! So to put it mildly i have been at risk with my insurance with Budget for the past year! NOW i have given them the opportunity to CORRECT their stuff up & keep my policy/business & im being told by 2 separate sales people i will be paying R1026.59 or R1110.00 when for the past year i have been paying R769.51!!! WHY should i have to now pay MORE for a sales consultants MISTAKE/FINGER ERROR - this is NOT MY FAULT!!! Please in future make sure your details are captured correctly - or else you may find yourself with NO vehicle & PATHETIC service from Budget! Due to this i have even cancelled my Life Insurance with Budget as I fear due to the service & lack of professionalism this may too one day be a JOKE!

As discussed with our Liaison officer, we would like to apologise for the fact that your complaint was not attended to in a proper fashion when you first raised it with our contact centre.

Your matter was now forwarded to senior management at our sales department to investigate and to address with the relevant consultant.

Not Impressed: My issue has still not been resolved as Budget Insurance have been experiencing 'technical problems' with pulling my previous telephone conversations... 5 days later & i am still waiting for an answer.
