decliened my claim

I have extract cover for dent and scratch from Budget , paying R41 every months its been a year now , On the 31 January i called them so that they can fix some scratches that i have , and the lady told my claims has been decliened and i have to go for inspection , i went for inspection on the 01 january and even today i havent got any respond i have been calling and they always says some one will get back to me . and on tuesday i couldnt get through to them , they said their lines were down . If you are not fixing my problem i want my money back.

Utterly Disgusted: part2. Antoinette called on the 09 with her bad attitude and on the 10th Roxanne called me again with her attitude again as if i wasn’t paying for this policy. You took my money and now you don’t want to deliver. That’s a robbing game, I have called today to cancel my acc . And i want all of my money
