I am absolutely appalled at the standard of your customer service, or more so the complete lack thereof. My nightmare with your company began after my vehicle was the victim of a hit and run accident. I was advised to take my vehicle in for an assessment, which I did and then only weeks later was told that payment of my claim had been denied due to me providing false information with regards to my insurance history. This was merely a misunderstanding on my part during the initial application process, as ethically I would never declare false information with regards to business, or any dealings. My policy was therefore cancelled and I was advised that my premiums were to be refunded. I made a simple request that the refund was to be deposited into one of my alternate accounts and this is where I experienced extremely incompetent service. In summary I received part of my refund into my one account and the balance into the other account, for which reason I do not know. This inccurred me phoning your company 15 times on numerous occasions, leaving messages and yet to have no -one return my calls. I dealt with Gabelo who I actually had to advise him to not raise his voice at me. |
