| HEADLINE | Budget Insurace lied when i took out my policy!!! |

Hi I took out a Car insurance policy on the 3rd January but only effective on the 1st of February 2012. On the day i took out the policy, informed the Sales man i want to have tracker installed, he said yes its included and it won't affect my premium and they will contact me in a day or two to have it installed. On the 2nd of February i called and spoke to Connie, i asked told her, tracker never call me and i need it as i am going to KZN for holiday, she then told me that it is going to affect my premium, I was shocked because they guy i took out my policy with said that it won't affect my premium as its included. I was very upset and requested to speak to the manager, she put me through Thuli " Policy Manager in PTA", i told her how can the sales man ****to me, i informed her that i am very unhappy and she should request the call as i will not be paying more, and i would like my money back includeding the admin fees as you guys lied to me!!! How can i trust Budget??? Thuli said she will request the recording and it will take 3 days. Today when i called i spoke to "Tommy Vrey" he now informed me that its gona 7 days for my recording, what is going on with Budget? |
