No one knows

I had a household claim at Budget last year, and my claim was paid in full.... Great work Budget, but they needed ALL my proof of purchases and at the time I had. But now I have relocated from Jhb to CT and my documents were lost in the process and now I dont have any receipts nor proofs so I am thinking come claim time how will BUDGET handle this situation? I called the call centre several times and no one seem to know, please help!!!!!

Thank you for your comments.

As discussed with the Liaison Officer that contacted you, we can confirm that all items that were previously replaced by us will be on our records and should a claim occur involving the same items; we already have all receipts and would not expect of you to provide the same. For all other high value items, we may suggest that you obtain valuation certificates and keep them in a safe place.
