| I visited BP Strubens Valley Car Wash around 17:30PM after paying for the wash I was told by Susan one of the employees that its late they finish off at 18:00PM and would not be able to completely wash my vehicle. Susan spoke to me very abruptly telling me that they can only complete the outside on that day and I must return back the next day to complete the inside of the vehicle. If Employees of this car wash do not want to work from 17:30PM onwards just inform customers and do not take their monies. There are other car washes in the area we can then proceed to, after asking the staff there if they are going to compensate me for my fuel for returning back the next day they haphazardly washed my car and left leaving the Supervisor Monja to finish up the vehicle. I inspected the vehicle and was not up to standard thus insisting to speak to the Manager who advised me to return back the next day to complete the wash. I have been using this car was for over 5 years, but the level of service has decreased drastically. I will not be returning there have already found a much more service orientated car wash at Sasol Honeydew where customers actually do matter to them. | |||
