| I'm still SHOCKED with the service that i received from BMW/ Mini SA, Firstly i must worn all Mini Coopers drivers especially if you are driving Cooper S model 2006 to 2010 as there is a Waterbump problem this was on the news but to my suprise Mini Dealership or BMW SA are so quiet about this issue knowing very well that our life are in danger, i received a call from a guy called Juke, i assume he was calling from BMW SA or Lyndhurst Auto dealership, at first he called me with a private number we spoke and he said he need to check something he will call me again, he called after few minutes and he was very casual this time around and he was not using private the number was displaying on my phone which is 0784572876 when i answer the phone the second time he said HELLO ITS ME AGAIN!!!! what a nice greeting !!! ITS ME AGAIN as if he is my buddy, well the nasty part is that when i complain to him about the waterbump story guess what??? he said its not his job he will ask his senior to contact me and about the Waterbump story he mentioned to me that my name must be on the waiting list as the Dealership must order the parts, then i can come in, my issue here communication | |||
