I have been trying to book my car in for and problem for almost 3 weeks now. Every time i call the advisors are always busy and my number gets taken down by the receptionist. i have called more than 3 times and till today i didnt get any call or follow up from the dealer. My car has been standing and still is. I had to call BMW SA for assistance and they advised me to call road assistance. I cannot believe this from such a big company. I get better service from KIA with my wifes car. |
