Unacceptable management of complaint

My car has been with Lyndhurst Auto for 3 weeks. I lodged a complaint with BMW SA on Friday. I did not receive any feedback and had to call back 3 times before the call was escalated.

The manner in which I was addressed by BMW SA call centre staff was condescending and unacceptable. My issues have not been resolved and I was informed that it was acceptable for my car to be used for personal use by the dealer. I will only be allowed to speak to a technical person if the matter is not resolved. It has been 3 weeks I think I am entitled to speak to some one that understands the technical issues related to my motor vehicle and not a customer service representative that can not answer any of my questions as to what the actual problem with the motor vehicle is.
