My son's car broke down 16 km outside of Harrismith today 14h00. He called immediately, I called BMW assist to Help, spoke to Katlego Ref no. 8000478676 all arranged, spent at least 2 1/2 hours on the phone, trying to arrange, he gave me a quote for towing in vehicle to a BMW dealer near us HEIDELBERG which does not exist. also one to Vereeniging he called me to say they were 40 min away from the car this was at approx 4pm, that was a call after he told me he under quoted me. (2 hours after my first call) surprise the towing co called me to say they could not do it today no vehicles, and the price he gave me was wrong. Now have you ever? 1. no branch in Heidelberg, 2. incorrect quote info, 3. talking nonsense no vehicle was dispatched. and 5pm my children are still on the side of the road, BMW that is not the way you suppose treat your clients, or is it that we don't have a motor plan? Very disappointed with the company extremely disappointed with the service. I have had to arrange my own towing company had I known the service was going to be this shocking they could already have been home by now.
