truly unhappy BMW client - troublesome car |

I bought a brand new 320d in September 2011, after its first service, the vehicle had a huge whining noise coming from the engine, BMW changed the pulley and it stopped, a week later i found it had a massive oil leak, took it in, BMW changed the vibration dampner seal, went for a trip to durban, when i got there i found the control arm has been worn, BMW changed it, the whining noise has now come back and there was some kind of water leak on the carpet inside the vehicle on both sides of the gearbox, i am terribly unhappy with this vehicle and for it being only a few months old with only 19000kms, it does not reflect the quality and prestige that the BMW brand carries, having been a BMW owner for the last 5 years, you would think buying a brand new vehicle would give you piece of mind, a truly dissatisfied customer of a possible lemon vehicle purchase - please can a representative contact me so we can come to some kind of agreement as repairing this car all the time is not working for me anymore.
