After contacting BWM on call to come see to my car, all i was met with was total incompetence from both their call centre and towing service. As each person at the call centre changes shift, the new staff member does not have an update of what is going on with the case. Multiple people called me asking me to update them on the situation instead of them updating me. The service was absolutely atrocious, and there seems to be a total disconnect between the operations of the call centre and the towing service that BMW employ. At one point the person who called me from the towing service was actually blatantly rude to me. I find it astounding that a company like BMW is capable of such disgusting and amateur service. There was not one person that took responsibility for the way that my case was handled and it was a complete nightmare trying to co-ordinate with them to have my car towed. |
