| HEADLINE | REALLY, REALLY HORRIBLE PEOPLE !!! |

| CALLED THESE SO CALLED PEOPLE TO REPAIR A LIGHT AS I HAD A LIGHT WARNING ON, WHICH MEANT THAT 1 OF MY MAIN HEADLIGHTS WER ENOT WORKING. THEY REFUSED TO HELP, SAYING THAT THEY DO NOT CARRY BULBS. ALSO ASKE DIF I COULD HAVE THIS CHANGED BY MYSELF, AS VEHICLE WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY - THEY SAID THEY DID NOT KNOW. CLOSEST DEALERSHIP IS 30 MINAWAY FROM ME, AND IT WAS ALREADY LATE IN THE AFTERNOON AND COULD NOT GET TO THEM IN TIME. HAD TO DRIVE TO AND FROM DURBAN, WHICH IS 2 HOURS AWAY FROM ME, BY MYSELF [BEING A YOUNG FEMALE], WITH ONLY 1 HEADLIGHT WORKING AT NIGHT !!!! I AM BEYOND DISGUSTED AT THE ATTITUDE OF BMW - YOU THINK SPENDING THAT MUCH MORE MONEY ON A RELIABLE BRAND MAKES SENSE, WHEN ITS ACTUALLY BOILS DOWN TO STUPIDITY FROM MY SIDE FOR THINKING SO !!! WILL NEVER EVER RECOMEND BMW !!! | |||
