Some time in November, I bought a used, luxury car from BMW, trading in my old BMW (That was fully paid off) as well as paying in a substantial deposit. I also paid for added extra's such as smash and grab and paint protection insurance. The dealership did such a shoddy job at installing the smash and grab, that I have had to return 6 times to get all the issues resolved. I have written countless emails and had countless phone calls with BMW South Africa, the dealership, and the dealerships Customer Service Manager...all responses have been minimal and somewhat non-committal. They have done the absolute minimum to appease me and to resolve my issues which their shoddy workmanship caused in the first place....As I have mentioned, causing me to have to revert 6times to the dealership, in order to get the same issue resolved. This has been going on for close on 3months now!! At the moment I feel completely disempowered, disillusioned, and disappointed...all for the bargain price of 5years of fresh, new debt... I have been afforded no recourse. They have not even offered to refund my Smash and Grab purchase! |
