Had my BMW booked in to have the water pump and thermostat replaced. Brendon Ford was my service consultant and i have no complaint about him what so ever, he was very help full and when he said he will get back to me in 15 min, he did. Very friendly. But when i got home after collecting my car i noticed pressure fractures on my front bumper in 2 places and i massive (highly visible) scratch on the front bottom right hand side of the bumper. The kind that would occur when striking a road bump to fast (and there are massive bumps at the entrance). The bumper did have scratches along the bottom of the front bumper but were not in clear site (resulting from reversing out of driveways as the car is very low). I pay very close attention to detail on my cars and the fractures and visible scratch was not there prior to booking the car in. There is no point in taking it up with the dealership as the bumper did have prior scratches along the bottom so they will just use that argument against me (as they all do). I will recommend other BMW owners to NOT make use of this dealership. |
