I booked my car in for a general service in December. I was informed that there was a power failure in the area that day, the service had not been done and asked to re-book. The earliest date they could give me was Janurary 17th, my car has now gone over the 2000km limit to service. I was not told about this when booking my car in and then received a call informing me that a quality check must be done and that the service will not be covered by motor plan. Which had already been started and would be charged to my account. Who got my permission to do this?? I have ordered parts that are now a year going and have still not been replaced. I'm certain that previous faults noted on the job card were not checked. The biggest benefit I've seen from using this particular branch was getting my car washed! People pay a great deal of money extra for the service that comes with a BMW. Lyndhurst Auto ride on the coat tails of the BMW brand but are actually the worse service I've received from any car dealer in all the years I've owned a vehicle. |
