Despicable Service / After Sales at BMW

My Name is Nadia Naidoo, I have purchased a new BMW E90 320i in December 2011. I collected the vehicle on Friday the 02 at 126 Rivonia Road Cnr Daisy Laico Isle. From the second day the vehicle's brakes started making a squeaking noise. It went in for a service the very next day the problem reoccurred and has remained the same, infact worsened. It has gone in again for service and still the same result. There was no history of what was done on my vehicle upon the third service from the time of purchase to now (02-12-11 to 26-01-12) bear in mind vehicle started having mechanical problems at - 60 kms. Now there a knocking noise from the engine and the rubber coming off from the boot. The Monday (05/12/11) I phoned BWM to inform them about the noise I was told they were fully booked and to bring the car later in the week. This is really despicable service, I have been sold a dutt and I'm really unhappy with the service from BMW. I never got to enjoy my vehicle. I have escalated this issue from the first day and it has fallen under the cracks.
