On 03 Feb 2012, i took my car to BMW Centurion as my car mirror & window adjustment switch was not working. I had an appointment with Wellie at 2. I arrived there at 2, waited for him he only saw me after 45 minutes. I indicated to him the problem, he told me that it was my fault. I ask him whether he is speculating orhas he tested the switch yet for him to conlude that. He indicated that they are not allowed to open the switch he just specualting. I demanded to see the principal dealer and the service manager called Johan De beer came to me with a bad attitude without even greating me or telling me his disignation. Willie also asked when I asked him questions he could not answer he asked me whether I was working for BMW. I bought the car in December and it was brand new, I believe that the switch has a factory fault and I need them to test it. I paid R 3 900 for the new switch and I believe that the dealer was supposed to repair free as the car is still new. I feel betrayed and cheated by BMW. Johan De beer did not even bother to ask me what is my problem he has a bad attitude. |
