Damaged my car(mechanically)

Took my car for service (325iM sport) first time ever. After an hour the car was ready. When i drive back home the car starts smoking, shaking in a vibrating manner when i apply brakes, no power the car is slugish, then i took it back. The technician tells me he doesnt know whats wrong with it, he took it fr a test drive and checked it with their mechines. Comes back tells me i must book it for the whole day cause he needs to get an approval from the bmw head office. **** this stupid brand, will never ever buy this brand. Their technical staff needs proper training. Because clearly they dont know what they doing. They were suppose to change oil, just oil and than this? Incompetent.
