Can you spell customer or use a phone?

I dropped my car off at Hyde Park Auto on Monday morning at 7. They told us on Monday afternoon that the car would not be ready as they could not find the fault (noise from the dashboard). On Tuesday afternoon they told us they were waiting for approval for the motor plan so the work could start. It is now Thursday morning and I have no car and no one is phoning me back. I had to call yesterday afternoon and what was I told, it takes about 48 hours for approval for the work to be done so they don't know when they will get approval and when my car will be ready. This is a demo model car I bought from Mini directly with less than 30000 ks on the clock. I am STILL waiting for the service manager to call me back. Shame on mini and shame on the service team. I am so utterly disgusted. And let's not forget I have no car and cannot get to work and back or get around at all. Even a facebook message to MINI SA has not had any results.
