BMW - So Dissapointed!!!!!

Everybody always raved about BMW and the after sales service that you receive form the dealerships. We were so confident in the BMW brand that myself and my spouse brought actually both bought two brand new 3 series BMW's a month apart. Must say I really set myself up to be dissapointed. Firstly there was some error with the key and the on board computer as the computer never indicated that the car was due for a service. On 25 000 km's I actually visited the nearest BMW branch so that they can just make sure that the car is not due. The service consultant assured me that the car is not due for the service and that the on board computer will indicate when the car is due. Then I started experiencing a strange sound on the wheels as well. So Friday the 27th I took a days leave and booked the car in so that they can investigate the sound on the wheels and also why the car has not indicated the service as yet. I had to phone three times just to get an update on the car. Left messages with no response, till I actually lost my cool. Well the car was serviced but the sound on the are still there, the reason that was given that sound is due to the tyre presuure being to low. Really???
