My first BMW was a wow experience! I used to tell friends that joyning the BMW family meant peace of mind. However, every single customer experience I have had in the past year has been nothing but negative and reaks of passing the buck! From asking a Service Consultant for a client Feedback form, and a response that she did not have any, to completing an after service questionnaire for 30 minutes on the phone, and not getting any feedback. Then calling the Call Centre and having to hold on for ages. Complaining even to Head Office that things were slipping, I was told that Client Feedback was outsourced. Is BMW even interested in what their clients are experiencing, or do they just like to view statistics. Zero interest - yes, zero interest in clients! |
