BMW have the worst attitude towards customers

I am so disappointed with BMW, especially the forsdicks sandton dealership. I took my car in to get its aircon repaired. They had the car the entire day only to tell me when I came to collect that they could not fix the aircon cause their special aircon machine was broken. so I booked it in again for another day a week later. When I get there to collect it again, they still had not fixed it and said that there was a different problem with the aircon. So I asked them if they could then organise me a loan car as I would have to book it in for a 3rd day and unfortunately my job requires me to do alot of travel and i could not afford a 3rd day of just sitting in the office. This is where things got ridiculous. I was told that becasue my car was out of its warranty I was not considered a valued customer any longer. Yes, believe it people, thats the words that came out of this guys mouth. I contested and told this guy that surely because I have been messed around twice, they could make an exception to their rule of not giving customers a loan vehicle if the customers vehicle is out of warranty. he shrugged his shoulders and just refused to help me any further. I hate BMW...
