On the 6th Feb 2012, I took my car in for service at BMW Sandton Auto, then picked it up later that evening around 6pm. This morning before going to work, I realised that the silver oval shaped lining, over the griller is missing. I called the dealership, spoke to Nareen Singh who insinuated that it must've fell while i was driving. If it fell while I was driving, it means that their technical team did something to losen it, as it was intact when I left my car there. I'm dissapointed in the manner at which this situation was handled by the service consultant (Nareen Singh), because instead of investigating from his team that was handling my car, he points fingers back at me. How am I to gain trust in BMW Sandton auto again, if I'm going to leave my car there and have missing parts the next day? |
