| In early February I ordered a clutch kit for my E92 M3, the part and price was confirmed by the sales person, paid for and ordered, on arrival and installation the part was not compatible, I was then informed that due to a change of suppliers there would be an additional cost for the fly wheel, when I informed them that my flywheel was perfect and this was not required as per the first order, they informed my that I would now need to order this as well at my expense. I have emailed, and telephoned explaining that due to them changing suppliers who are not able to supply the required part, is surely not the customers fault and therefore I should not be expected to cover this. The answer is if you still had a maintenance plan it would be covered, how many owners of BMW still have maintenance plans? we purchase these vehicles confidently believing the spares would be readily available | |||
