I bought a Bitdefender product, because I use to like & trust its services. But unfortunately this time I seemed to have bought an apple with a few worms in it. One of the major reasons why I bought it was for the Parental Control Feature which can also be controlled over the internet. Which is not working on my account. Another reason for buying it was the home network management feature which also doesn't work according to my specifications - Can't control any computer over the network. I viewed all support video's, done the live chat which took me forever to find - because I received it via-via-via a few emailweb links which was part of a response from the support-team I think, which only said they will send it to to the appropriate department & I needed to submit a online question-are. This probably happened a good 5 or 6 times. My 30 days money back guarantee expired like 2weeks ago and still have NO resolution after I contacted the support team within the first week of install - being patient waiting for a response as seeing as they even published the features in the video and on the packaging. I would just like some feedback and have the product fully working. |

| Not Impressed: Although they did contact me for which I am somewhat grateful, Problem not resolved. I told them when I would be home and the response I got was that it was outside working hours and will be attended to on Monday-so much for the 24hr support. | |||
