Pethetic service absolutly immpossible to get hold of

Made a 1voucher widrwal for r800 on the 1st oct2026 till today i have not recievedmy voucher pin, ive had no luck getting in contact with their live chat or call in or call center, event went throught to melrose arch and was very rudly chased away by reception, but then got 3 guys wearing betway shirts and asked them they took my details and said they would look into it but still havnt gotton any feedback at all, very very dissapointed with their service
