I reported in November last year that I was unable to contact anyone at Bestmed to help me resolve an error re a claim for services received at Linksfield Hospital ICU. I am very appreciative of the help received from Delaney Kruger in resolving this issue. I telephoned the rooms of the supplier today and they have confirmed that the payment has been received. Except for this mishap the service received from Bestmed during our family's sad loss has been wonderful. Thank you Delaney for going the extra mile to help us! My father is the member. |
