| Can't complain about client service if there is NO client service!!! I have contacted Bestmed about three times already, 2 phone calls, 1 email, about rectifying my surname, as I am a new member with them....without any luck, I am really disappointed in this medical scheme, and wished I have stayed on Topmed where I have always received excellent client service! | |||
