| I ph the client serv line 2day nd after the 4th call I was eventually assisted. My quiery was wrt 2 deductions that was made 2day. One amt for R3881 another for R311.00 - this was shocking cos normally the deduction is R3570.00. The consultant xplained that due to annual fee increase the amt of R3881 was deducted and due to short paymnt on our deposit last month the o/s amt of R311.00 was deducted. The concern that I raised with her was that despite the annual increase on memebership fees we were not notified of the amt - not by post , e-mail or sms which are usually the forms in which we receive communicae frm Bestmed. Likewise we were also not informed of short paymnt. According to her the system shows that we received post to inform us about the increase but if that if that was the case then I would surely not call in to query the matter. The last correspondence that we received from them was a letter by post dated 14/01/2012 and it was about a claim that they could not process. I'm definitely taking further steps on this because we have really not received good service from Bestmed for the past year or so and I have mentioned it to them in an e-mail in Decemeber 2011 already | |||
