terrible service in general!

I cancelled my medical aid with them in October 2011, they sent me a confirmation of this and yet they STILL debited out of my account!! twice in January and then again in February. When I send a e-mail to them I get a response that they will pay it back into my account a week later! I ask why and i get a one liner response to my e-mail giving me a number to call, i try call the number and it is incorrect so I e-mail once again and her repose is just the number ! BAD BAD BAD service!

I call the now correct number this morning only to be told that my membership was only cancelled yesterday so I need to go to the bank myself if I want the money back sooner! I must take time out of my day to fix their mistakes and mess ups ???? once again second person I am dealing with and BAD BAD service! I ask to speak to someone higher and get told I need to e-mail the lady I am currently speaking to ??? now why would I do that if I just spoke to you and you were shocking in handeling my situation as well ??

CAN SOMEONE IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS PLEASE CONTACT ME !!!
