Bestmed. I have allowed sufficient time for you to update your administration systems (and IT systems) accordingly. This was started June 2011 !!!! When someday will my claim be processed? Referring to complain logged on hello peter on the 5thJanuary and Bestmed knew about my claim ever since 28 OCTOBER 2011 !!! The feedback in my previous complain of "the chronic medication refund of R 111.64 for service date 28/10/2011 will be paid to you as soon as our administration system has been updated" is NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!! I've been waiting long enough for your administration system to be updated!!! You will hear from me again. I will fight for my right. I want a CALL from BESTMED Medical scheme in the next 48hours AND a feedback on this report. That is more than enough time!!!!! Furious member of Bestmed Medical Scheme |

Hello LALA91, We understand your frustration. As has been communicated by the Principal Officer, we are in the process of reverting back to our previous system administration platform. The data conversion process will take time and the claims payment reconciliation should be completed toward the end of January 2012. Thank you for your patience during this trying time.
