When can I expect to receive a copy of STATEMENT OF THE 2011 ACCOUNT (claims and payments) for Topcare acute, (member no 1951912) as originally requested on 26 January 2012 (to the call centre and by e-mail)? Or at least send a reply acknowledging receipt of the request?
