No feedback on query_ issue of membership cards

On Monday the 30th Jan I lodged a query with Medscheme wanting to know when are they going to issue membership cards. I then requested that they issue me with a medical aid certificate confirming my membership status. I phoned the Call Centre about 10 times this week but did not get any assistance. I would be on the call for 10min, and then the phone would cut. I logged a query online, and todate none of the queries have been resolved, let alone followed up by a phone call. This such a poor service an am now concerned about future service if it is going to be such a hassle to get a mere medical aid card, let alone a certificate of membership. Not Impressed: The certificate of membership that was emailed to me had incorrect postal address and gave back feedback to BestMed and they promised to correct but they did not email me a new certificate. A BestMed consultant who phoned me on Monday informed me that my membership card was posted to me on the 21st Jan with the correct postal address as was on the application form. Todate I have not received the card and postage with SA only takes about 4 days and not 3 weeks. My query is still not resolved
