HEADLINE

No feedback and no way to get through!

On 17 January 2012 I submitted 4 medical claims, for which I still have not received any payment or feedback. If been phoning the call centre, but get's cut off as soon as my call is being transfered (20 calls in total already). I also sent messages through to the e-mail address provided [Email Removed] without response! Can anyone please provide me with feedback on my claims!!!

Hello aminnie,

Claims for service dates: 31/10/2011; 21/11/2011; 23/11/2011 and 27/11/2011 will be processed for payment on or before 29/02/2012.

Claims for service dates 09/01/2012 and 07/02/2012 were processed for payment on 14/01/2012 and 10/02/2012 respectively.

Claims for service date 11/02/2012 will be processed for payment on 19/02/2012.
